Halo Cortana Chip

Halo Cortana Chip

I created my rendition of the Cortana Data Chip, and it was a fun challenge to see just how much detail I could capture with my printer.\nThe model is roughly 95% accurate compared to the one from Halo 3, in my opinion it looks the best. The main differences lie in the plug and the screws; the super-detailed version would be too small for any clear printing.\nI printed mine at 50% infill using ABS material; I'm sure other materials would work just as well.\nAll you have to do is print the two separate files, each side requiring its own unique file. Then simply stick them together using epoxy, superglue or some similar adhesive. For a more high-end look you could insert thin acrylic in between the two halves - though I skipped that part and opted for a painted finish instead. More photos will be posted when my work is complete.\nEnjoy this design and feel free to offer your critiques; also don't hesitate to make changes if you see fit, or better yet create one of your own! Please post it in the Make section if you do.\nP.S If enough people ask I'll definitely make H4 or H5 versions too. Print Settings Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.1-0.2 mm Infill: 50%
