My family and I adore the Halo franchise's design, so when we encountered difficulties modifying the original SolidWorks file, we decided to create a new model with a more streamlined feature tree for easier future modifications. We printed it on our "UP Plus Pro" 3D printer using "3dprinterstuff 1.75mm ABS Filament - Olive", opting for solid fill and a 0.3mm layer, while enabling support and choosing normal speed without a raft on Kapton-taped glass. The printing process took 1 hour and 14 minutes, and weighed 32.9 grams. Post-processing involved acetone vaporization for a smoother finish, followed by applying white ABS dissolved in acetone through syringing to enhance the lettering.
