The vac forms for PETG visors are now available in three sizes, A, B, and C. Size A has the form named "vform_r1_1.stl," while Size B is represented by "VisorFormMedium_r1_0.stl" and Size C by "VisorFormSmall_r1_0.stl." These forms help produce a visor from 60 thou sheet for Halo 4 Helmet's sizes A, B, and C, as seen in the sources. It is essential to use two forms on an 11 by 17 vacuum bed to avoid webbing between back faces, as shown in the photos. The method improves the process by directly pulling plastic down on the vacuum for formation without any struggle or webbing issues. The forms are now free from webbing on critical faces. Painting the form is recommended, as it enhances clarity and reduces visibility of layers. Pledge spray can be used on the form and bed seal to help release the mold. Both painted and unpainted instances extracted well without any damage. A hot box and vac bed of approximately 11 x 17 inches are required for the form size. The rendered image shows areas that need preservation in red and gold, including the visor, surround, and magnet mount points. Magnets placed on the rear of the visor attach it to the helmet through embedded magnets in the helmet's visor edge. The forms have overlapping edges for a well-sealed visor.
