Halo 4 Helmet Full Size A
thingiverse
This is a detailed reworking of an Halo 4 helmet in Size A designed using Autodesk Fusion 360 software. It includes instructions on how to print and assemble all 16 main parts and 4 inserts/visor, plus tips for choosing the right magnets and pins. The files have been preprocessed in Netfabb Basic for integrity and orientation. A Replicator 2 printer can fit most pieces with simple rotation and centering. Multiple pieces can be printed on one bed to reduce print time. Additional "things" include visor upgrades, chin front modifications, and perforated visors. The helmet design is a 15% reduction of the 6'6 model scaled to 85%, but not all parts are reversible. Enjoy!
