Halo 4 Helmet Child Size C

This is a resized and slightly modified version of the adult Halo 4 Helmet available on Thingiverse (thing:158120). The child-size helmet has been reduced by 15% and now comes in a medium size B version (thing:225884). A vac form for the visor is available on Thingiverse (thing:217267). The helmet fits a 4-8 year old. The STL files are designed for printing at medium resolution (0.2mm, 2 shells, 10% infill) with raft and support. Do not reorient the parts or use Makerware's auto scale feature. Multiple parts can be printed on a Replicator 2 print bed, and updates with photos will be added during clean-up and assembly. The helmet includes a 9V battery mount, tie wrap mounts, and uses magnets (3/8 x 1/10 99K32.03, 19 off) and tension pins (1/8" x 5/8", 46 off).
