Top and bottom caps for the hip canisters found on some of the Halo 3 ODST's are made to fit a 50mm PVC pipe with an outer diameter of 55mm. The pipe should be cut to a length of 100mm. I don't currently own a 3D printer, so I'm uncertain if it is rotated optimally or what supports may be needed, leaving that up to you.
