Halloween Pumpkin Decor - Jack Skellington
thingiverse
I designed a quick print that's likely faster than carving a pumpkin and perfectly suited for 200x200mm print beds. My goal was to create Halloween-themed decor that would prevent the pumpkin from spoiling before November. This was my first try at push-in pumpkin decorations, and I had to increase the spike height and diameter several times after experimenting. In hindsight, short and stout spikes might be ideal over long and narrow ones. Either way, these spikes can be reused a few times before they start to wear down. The lifespan of the spikes will depend on the material used and print settings. I chose standard PLA, and the model fits snugly around the face of pumpkins with ease. Happy Halloween!
