I create a Halloween-themed place mat using 3mm MDF as my base material. I apply four coats of vibrant pumpkin color to give it an intense hue, then seal the entire surface with a protective layer of Mod Podge to ensure durability. Next, I use advanced laser engraving technology to etch intricate designs onto the top layer, followed by precision cutting to bring out the final shape. My setup for this project involves the Chinese-made K40 laser cutter, which is expertly configured for both blue vector engraving and red vector cutting processes.
