Sideways or circular movements will only shorten the life of the cutters. Mold release agents can be used, such as cream oils, starch, flour or any other depending on the use for which it was acquired. In the case of very small cutters, from 8mm. to 2 or 3cm, it is my opinion that the use of release agents is necessary.
