My entry for the 2015 Halloween contest centered on crafting a graveyard with an eerie house where ancient rituals unfold or still take place today. I wove together elements from my beloved tale "A Nightmare Before Christmas" with the haunting gate of truth from Fullmetal Alchemist, a weathered dead tree that's witnessed countless events in its lifetime, a mysterious cage concealing some unknown entity, and a well that mysteriously sealed itself, all waiting to be uncovered.
