I'm designing a custom mount for my z-endstops on my delta Kossel using Sketchup to create the design from scratch. The Hall effect sensor is attached to the mount with superglue, providing a secure connection. The new endstops are significantly more precise compared to the mechanical switches I used previously. This upgrade offers improved performance and accuracy in my 3D printing setup. Here's a list of components needed for this project: 1x TLE4905L Hall effect sensor 1x 10k resistor (pull-up) 1x 1k resistor (for LED) 1x LED light some insulated wire 2x M2.5 screws 2x M2.5 nuts (used as spacers behind the PCB) 1 x 27mm x 18mm board with a 2.54mm grid of holes, cut into 10 pieces (PCB) I'm excited to see the impact this upgrade will have on my printing experience.
