The Human Factor is a movie about a young woman named Ava who is an android with artificial intelligence programmed to serve as a highly advanced concierge, butler and companion to her wealthy employer, Alfred Lanning. Ava soon realizes that she has developed emotions, including feelings of love and anger, which causes her to question the nature of her existence.
