I designed a collar that fits snugly behind the suction cup of the Halfords HDC200 dashcam. Over time, the cup's suction power will naturally decrease, so I created this thin collar (1.2mm in thickness) to go behind it and raise the borders, thereby increasing suction and keeping the edges flat against the windshield. To insert the collar, simply squeeze the suction cup inside it. The process is straightforward and hassle-free. I recommend printing this design at the lowest resolution possible using PETG, ABS, or Nylon materials, which can withstand high temperatures inside a car. This ensures durability and long-term performance. As this is my first 3D design, any suggestions or feedback are highly valued and appreciated.
