Half Truncated Octahedron
thingiverse
If we take a regular octahedron and slice off all the 6 corners at one-third of its edge length, six square pyramids emerge, resulting in a beautifully formed, space-filling solid: a truncated octahedron. It is an excellent exercise for mastering Fusion 360 or any other three-dimensional design environment. Included here are two shells, two halves, two complete solids, and two shelled wholes, each available in 25mm or 50mm. Enjoy exploring the vast expanse of 3D space.
