Yes, it's yet another spool holder based on 608zz skate bearings! This one requires extra hardware besides the bearings but is also adjustable to variable spool widths. You will need: 2× this part 2× 8×100 mm threaded rods 4× or 8× 8mm nuts 4× 608zz skate bearings A wrench or nut driver A spool you want to mount on the roller You might also try 5/16-inch rods/bolts and nuts instead of the 8mm rods and nuts. The inch size is slightly smaller but way cheaper in the US. Note that whichever one you use, they must match: 5/16-inch bolts won't work with 8mm nuts nor vice versa. Post-Printing Assembly instructions This part holds two 608zz bearings. You'll need two of this part; the threaded rods keep the two pieces together and are the axles for the bearings. The nuts keep this part from sliding out of the appropriate distance. Put a bearing into one of the receptacles. Push the threaded rod through the pair of holes. There's some clearance below the bearing, so you'll need to move the bearing around until its bore lines up with the other holes and the threaded rod. Once the rod is through it, the bearing will not shift. Put a nut onto one end of the threaded rod. This will be an outer nut on that side. (Optional) Put a nut onto the inner side as well. This makes adjustment more difficult but also reduces the chance of the two pieces accidentally getting nudged closer to each other derailing the spool. Repeat steps 1–4 for the other receptacle on the same piece. (Optional) If you placed inner nuts, add two more—one on each rod. These will be the inner nuts for the other piece. Put the bearings into the other piece. Carefully push that piece onto the two threaded rods. Place the outer nuts on the other piece. Adjust nuts until the pieces are the correct width apart at both ends. It's easiest to do this directly in front of a spool so you can visually match the spool's width to the width of the spool roller.
