This is the neck ring for the Combines' Helmets. It's based on Half Life: Alyx. It is compatible with the Suppressor Combine. The neck helper for stiffening the connection points, just glue it over the seam from the inside. It also help with keeping the connection glued at a correct angle. My head was able to fit through the ring with it being glued into a single piece. If anyone is interested in the pattern for the leather that's between the helmet and the ring then comment.
