This is a straightforward clamp for securing 1/2 inch outer diameter tubing to a wall or ceiling. It's been printed on a Lulzbot Mini with a .4mm nozzle and uses Innofill3d ABS Fusion+ material. The flexible nature of the ABS allows the clamp to bend around the tubing without snapping. The design is robust, with 1.6mm walls that provide adequate thickness for its intended purpose. A single wall configuration was chosen to minimize material usage while maintaining structural integrity. A 4mm screw hole ensures a secure attachment point, making supports unnecessary. This particular clamp will be used to support 1/2 inch outer diameter air hoses in the garage. The FreeCAD file has been uploaded for reference, although it's likely that an experienced user could have modeled it more efficiently due to their familiarity with the software.
