If the US refuses to ship masks to Canada, we will manufacture our own. Most of the components can be produced using PLA, but the face cover should be made from TPU for a better seal. The clip should be heated to bend around the mask. I have separated many of the components for ease of printing, but some assembly is required. The cartridges and lids should be tightly packed and thoroughly cleaned after each use, then repacked with new tissue and cotton at the orifice. Silicone is intended to be applied to the cartridge and allowed to dry before being sealed when the lid is applied. I am aware that PLA can accumulate bacteria, so using a higher temperature material may be a better choice for the hard components. Since people come in all sizes, I made all the components adjustable. This design should fit a medium face, so print according to who will be using it. The front is flat for name tags or permanent marker names or any stickers you might want. Once this project is complete, print a pellet extruder and throw these materials into the blender to reuse them. I don't want to see any of these in landfills please.
