To craft your own dodecahedron, start with a regular pentagon featuring a specific side length and then extend it at a taper angle of [ atan(2)-90 ] for 1/12 of the dodecahedron's total surface area. Next, repeat this process five times, mirroring each pentagonal pyramid to form one half of the dodecahedron. It only takes two halves to complete the entire structure.
