Half a Golf Ball

A Simple Golf Ball Design That Almost Works: A Half-Golf Ball You Can Print Yourself! It's a Derivative of Thingiverse's #937811, But I Fixed the Broken Mesh. Note: This design is only the outer shell - Cura decides to add a base and infill on its own. Ideally, it would be hollow with a thick golf ball skin, but I didn't get that far! Two halves might not fit together perfectly either. I made this because my kids wanted a wacky weight-in-the-ball for their mum to lose at crazy golf (or a magnetic ball to attract the holes). I printed one half with lots of shells and infill, then glued them together - now it doesn't roll straight! Try printing with many shells - I used 3.2mm walls and 20% infill. Each half takes about an hour with 0.15mm layers and comes out detailed!
