Haldis Red Lizard v5 Fan Shroud

This is a 30mm angled fan shroud for the Haldis Red Lizard v5 hotend. It mounts to the 14mm spaced attachment points (incompatible to the v6) and should be able to be used with either bowden and direct extruder mounting given there's enough clearance. The shroud mounts relatively close to the heating block, I wouldn't use it when printing over 250 C and instead opt for a metal shroud.
