Halcon Vision Calibration Plate (24mm)

I've included the camera calibration target for Halcon along with the required descr file to use it for camera calibration and the Halcon script to produce the plate. This versatile plate can be beneficial in non-Halcon computer vision applications, serving as both a vision target and a calibration target. Since the relevant measurements are documented in the descr file, users can easily calculate pose, distortion, and pixel-to-world coordinates based on the border width and dot spacing. For optimal print quality, I recommend printing white for the bottom 1mm section and then switching to black for the remaining .8mm portion.
