This aircraft comes in 10 various formats and was initially designed as a flight simulator software model for a client. As the world's smallest multirole single-engine tactical fighter, Tejas is a tailless compound delta-wing design powered by one engine. It gained IAF pilot clearance in January 2011 and is equipped with air-to-air, air-to-ground, and anti-ship missiles, precision-guided munitions, rockets, and bombs. The aircraft can also carry electronic warfare, targeting, surveillance, reconnaissance, or training pods on its wing hard points.
