This is a perfect project for the Hakko T12 Soldering Iron DIY Kit. It's very simple to print and put together with four M4x20 screws. You will need to do some sanding, though. The front and back covers fit tightly, so it's a good idea to smooth out the corners. This will make it easier to take apart the case if you ever need to. The design is based on the model without the calibration cap (or pot - I'm not entirely sure which one it is). If someone needs another hole to access this feature, just let me know and I'll be happy to help out. However, since you only calibrate the kit once during assembly, this shouldn't be necessary. There's a mounting hole for an IEC14 connector with switch on the back cover, but keep in mind that this isn't the best choice because the kit doesn't provide an earth connection and the case is made of plastic. I used one of these connectors because I happened to have it lying around, though. If you need a mounting hole for a specific type of mains connector, just send me the exact dimensions of that connector and I'll get back in touch with you.
