Hakame-Dome

Martial artists who train with traditional Japanese split pants called Hakama will likely be interested in this item. The Hakama-dome, also known as a Hera, is a small toggle attached to the koshi-ita inside the Hakama. It's tucked into the top of the Obi to prevent the back of the Hakama from sagging. Traditionally made from bone, most Hakama-domes today are crafted from plastic. If you're in need of a new Hakama-dome, try printing this file to create your own.
