Due to Corona I was in need of a way to cut my own hair. Saw a product call CombPal but it was way too much $$$. Thought I would make my own. Easy to use and the attachment is reversible for left or right hand. Select the attachment length and slide it onto the comb. Comb hair up and keeping the attachment perpendicular to scalp. Cut along the top of the attachment for a consistent length. Comb hair back down and repeat. Use different lengths for many styles and layers. Angle the scissors about 45 degrees for a variety of looks. This attachment fits over a common comb found in Wahl hair clipper sets. The inside diameter of the attachment is 3.54mm. I have created lengths of 1.25", 1.5", 1.75", 2.0", 2.25",and 2.5". I made this using Google Sketchup so it should be easy to modify to fit your comb or make different lengths.
