Hairclip / comb for Techwood hair clipper
thingiverse
I designed a compact model for my Techwood "de luxe" hair clipper that's a bit more reliable than one-part-only designs. I was underwhelmed by the printing time and quality of these kinds of designs, so I decided to create this version from several separate parts that you'll need to assemble and glue together yourself. To make a 12mm hair clip, for instance, you'll have to print the hairclip-base.stl file along with seven comb-12mm.stl pieces (it's a good idea to use 0.15mm layer settings). Once everything is printed, just snap the parts together and make any necessary fine adjustments using a small file or some sandpaper. Next, apply some cyanoacrylate liquid glue (superglue) to the gaps between the parts to ensure they're solidly attached. This design has worked flawlessly on my hair clipper, but I haven't tested it with the 40mm part yet. You can expect pictures of all the individual parts soon.
