Hair trimmer extension
thingiverse
I've been dealing with my two-year-old son, who transforms into a monster whenever I try to cut his hair! Good luck to all fathers out there with little monsters like mine - I feel your pain. Cutting his hair has become a nightmare for me, not just because he gets irritable, but also because I have to use scissors while trying to keep him calm. I recently discovered that my son doesn't get irritated as much when using a hair trimmer machine, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a custom attachment for our existing trimmers. The standard trimmer parts don't seem to work well with all machines, but mine have worked on three different ones so far. Before you print the attachment, make sure to check its dimensions with your machine to ensure it fits properly. You can find the print settings below: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Steel Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20-15% Notes: I used supports to keep the attachment point flat, but you may be able to skip them depending on your printer's build and settings.
