I printed each side piece separately as the bed may have handled both at one time but I wanted to make sure the print did not fail. 12/31/17 Added a fully printable version. How I Designed This How to make I Used PLA Filament set at Low Res. in Matter Control. I used a !/4' thick Foam Filled poster board cut to a 8" x 9" rectangle. I then glued the two side pieces to the Foam Board with Superglue.
