I design and fabricate this gadget using Taulman PCTPE (Nylon) material, but I suspect it will work equally well with any semi-rigid filament. Next, push the tapered end into the drain pipe, then carefully pull it out, bringing a considerable amount of yucky residue along with it. Dispose of everything and print another one specifically for the bathroom sink drain. May 07, 2017: As part of my new Rostock Max v3 printer celebration, I've developed a "large bed" version.
