I modified the model to achieve a smoother nozzle transition, resulting in less head loss. To view the updated design, visit this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:45286. The adjustment had an unexpected benefit - printing is now significantly easier due to the elimination of support requirements. The inner diameter of the nozzle measures 2.047 inches. I've included the Solidworks file (version 2013) for anyone interested in modifying the design.
