My partner sent me a link to the design by ChrayDanger (who graciously included their .f3d file). As such, I didn't have to design from scratch or use awful mesh mixing programs or deal with Fusion's terrible mesh handling. Changes made: - Enlarged primary cylinder holes slightly and added a row above - Aligned cap hole pattern with the pattern on the primary cylinder - Heavily filleted the sharp overhang for strength and support reduction - Enlarged bottom sealing ring to suit our bathtub's drain diameter I've also included the .f3d file for mine, as a means of "paying it forward." If you're not familiar with Fusion, simply find the sketch of the feature(s) you're trying to modify and edit the labeled dimensions. For example, if you want to change all the primary cylinder holes, open the sketch that has the single column of holes, double click on the generated dimensioning on the first circle and edit. Once you click "finish sketch", it will iterate that change to all features based on that first circle (i.e. the pattern based on that circle, the extrusions from that pattern, and the combine/cut leading to the creation of said holes).
