This is a thing I saw in an ad on Instagram (Tubshroom). I really wish this was an original idea, but I wouldn't sleep well at night if I claimed it. Stick this in your bathtub drain and collect the tub-hair before it clogs your drain again! Note this is designed for a 1.6in drain opening. I've included the Fusion360 file for anyone who wants to modify it. Feel free to change the supports too. I have a Dremel 3D20, and as anyone who has one will tell you, the support generation in the slicing software is just awful (Surprise! There is none). It makes you use Meshmixer - also bad. For this reason, I did manual supports. I know there's a better way to do them, but I wasn't feeling especially adventurous when I was designing this. For those of you who don't use Fusion and actually have good slicing software, I included one STL without supports so you can generate them however you want. For the lazy who want something that just works, I've included the STL with supports as well. In case it's not obvious, I printed it flat side down. Printed in PLA. It seals surprisingly well given how rigid the plastic is. Once it's done, all you gotta do is just snap off the supports and clean it up... though I wouldn't worry too much about cleaning it up. It's gonna be disgusting before long, and you'll never see the rough parts unless you're pulling hair out of it (which by comparison is waaaay worse than print lines if you ask me).
