Hair Catch for standard bath tub plug drain

I scoured every store in town for a hair catcher that fit snugly over our bath tub plug when washing the dog, but none were big enough to accommodate it, or they laid flat against the surface. Frustrated with my search, I decided to take matters into my own hands and design something custom. I carefully measured our bath tub plug, noting its diameter of 47.35mm and the distance from the chrome base to the top surface as 9.7mm. With this information in hand, I set out to create a clip that would fit perfectly over the plug when it was raised into place. The design printed with minimal support required, and the majority of the internal structures were located on the underside, ensuring easy removal once completed. When pulled off, the clip came away easily, leaving no residue behind. Although I wish I had made the grab button on top slightly larger for better grip, this initial prototype will suffice. If anyone chooses to use this design and provides feedback, I'll be happy to revisit the project and make adjustments as needed, including increasing the size of the button on top.
