Gather your strands together and tie them into a neat ponytail. Next, thread the ponytail through the central opening of the form, with its base nestled snugly against your scalp. Tuck any rubber bands you're using towards your scalp, getting them as far in as possible so they remain hidden within the form. Now, wrap your hair around the form in a smooth, circular motion, striving to cover it completely and conceal its presence. As you work, use a band to secure your locks at the base of the form. If needed, supplement with hairpins to keep everything firmly in place.
