I designed spacers that fit my 40mm OD downtube, but they can be modified using the FreeCAD file to suit your frame. The design accommodates two different battery mounting base configurations - a flat section with lower mounting points and a recessed section with higher mounting points. Both designs are included in the same FreeCAD file for easy modification. Have fun experimenting.
