Hafele Hinge Restrainer

I made a fitted cabinet that is pretty close to the walls either side. The only hinges I could find that I liked were 110degrees (https://www.screwfix.com/p/hafele-steel-soft-close-clip-on-concealed-hinges-64mm-2-pack/9205j#_=p), which crash into the walls on both sides when fully opened. Hafele sell an 85 degree restrainer, but it does not seem to fit my chosen hinge, so I made one that does. Its a simple 2mm shim piece that fits into the hinge assembly to prevent it opening fully. I have not measured the angle but it looks to be about 75-85 degrees... good enough for me. For those that want to fine tune you can either shrink the part in one axis to reduce the thickness and increase the opening angle, or change it properly in the FreeCAD file. It is a little fiddly to fit and needs to be done with the hinges removed from the door, holding them slightly open to get the right angle. See attached photos. Depending on the print material you may find that the hook snaps off. If you add a touch of superglue into the hinge before assembly, being careful not to get it into the mechanism, then the snapped hook will not matter and you can remove the loose piece, leaving the shim secured in place.
