Haehnel HB-40 tripod ball head quick release plate

I managed to get a Hähnel Tirad 40 tripod with ballhead HB-40 for my HP 3D scanner, but it didn't come with a quick release plate. The base is wider than an Arca-Swiss compatible platform, so it won't clamp the plate. Not knowing what quick release plate would fit, I tried different ones from Thingiverse and bought one that matches the design in original quality and material. But then I designed my own plate that fits perfectly, including the lock mechanism inside. The screw I used came from a Manfrotto MA-410, with a 1/4" thread since it's commonly used and the one I needed. However, there are some differences between this screw and similar ones available on Amazon. Manfrotto's shaft is full length at 11mm (with a 4mm thread and a 7mm shaft). In contrast, Mengs screws on Amazon have an 8mm long shaft (with two 4mm threads) and are wrapped in a metal ring to tighten and release it. Neeewer type screws also have a 10mm long shaft with a metal ring for tightening. I uploaded these three types of screws (in the same order as the cut analysis shows them), but there are many more screw variants available on Amazon.
