Hadron Extruder carriage baffle

This is a carriage baffle designed for my Hadron type 3D printers, which use qu-bd type extruders. The baffle snaps and bolts to the x carriage plate. A raft is printed on the bottom, and it's intended to be printed with support material. Here are my slic3r settings from the gcode: ; layer_height = .25 ; perimeters = 2 ; top_solid_layers = 3 ; bottom_solid_layers = 3 ; fill_density = .4 ; perimeter_speed = 80 ; infill_speed = 80 ; travel_speed = 130 ; scale = 1 ; nozzle_diameter = 0.35 ; filament_diameter = 1.75 ; extrusion_multiplier = 1 ; perimeters extrusion width = 0.39mm ; infill extrusion width = 0.39mm ; support material extrusion width = 0.39mm ; first layer extrusion width = 0.25mm I printed a copy, and I remember that removing the support from inside took an eternity. I tested the part but wasn't satisfied with its performance, so I abandoned the project. Use it as is or develop it further. Or simply learn from my mistake!
