Short section of Hadrian's wall and/or the Antonine Wall The western portion of Hadrian's wall wall initially built as a turf rampart before being rebuilt in stone. The Antonine wall is Hadrian's Wall's little brother, stretching from the Forth to the Clyde estuaries in what is now Scotland it was a turf rampart and never rebuilt in stone as it was abandoned after about 20 years.
