Hades MKII .68 cal air bullet for the Umarex HDS68 shotgun

NOW TESTED & WORKING IN THE HDR68 REVOLVER This is the MKII Hades air bullet. The perfect projectile for the Umarex HDS68 (Home Defence Shotgun). I have tested these THOROUGHLY, and they perform flawlessly. They work fine at standard power (7 joules), but I'm using them in my HDS68 which just has the flow restrictor removed (20 minute job and FREE!), and they are awesome! Very hard hitting and very straight flying. I'm shooting paint cans out to 50 yards with them without too much effort, and the retained energy at that distance is great. They will punch through thin ply/mdf at close ranges, even at moderate power levels. The bullets have a built in 'twist' which keeps them flying much straighter at range, without wasting energy by allowing gas to get past them in the chamber, unlike some. All you need is some 8mm ball bearings. If you're in the UK and need a cheap supplier then drop me a message ;) I tend to print this version at 50% infill and 60m/s using a 0.16 layer height. Obviously no supports required. They're not the quickest print at around 20 hours to print 40, but they're well worth the wait! I honestly think these are up there with the best when it comes to 68 cal HDS68 ammo. The finished article measures in at around 17.05mm high, so I'm not sure if they fit mag-fed guns as I don't have one to test.
