I've been working on converting point cloud data into usable, printable models, and the Hackspace @ RFA cloud thing has proven to be good practice. The scan has a fairly high point density, and I'm finding that my laptop isn't quite up to the task of working with such models... maybe it's time for an upgrade. Instructions Cloud.STL needs some serious cleanup before it can be printed - it's single-walled in many areas and not printable as is. CloudCleaned.STL should be a watertight mesh, but I haven't tested it yet. If you do plan on printing it, it could still use a lot of cleanup work.
