I required a jig to cut Aluminum C-channel to equal lengths using a hacksaw, so I altered that jig's files to make them compatible with 2020, 3030, and 4040 extrusions. The assembled jig uses 5/16-inch threaded rod and square nuts in the rod slot for the hacksaw blade, which has a thickness of .8mm, providing sufficient support. Included are CAD files to facilitate modification for various applications.
