HackRF One End Caps for Hammond 1455J1201 Enclosure
thingiverse
These are end caps specifically designed to fit a Hammond 1455J1201 enclosure for a HackRF One software defined radio. Those depicted were printed in PETG on a Rostock Max v3, and the outside dimensions are exactly 78 x 27 mm. The caps should snap into place with a smooth click when inserted into the bumper. You may need to lightly sand the edges to make them perfectly square. The Hammond enclosure is readily available from Mouser and other reputable component resellers: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Hammond-Manufacturing/1455J1201BK?qs=savM97goi5itbi6hksFECQ#.W2m0krfIDY0.twitter More detailed information on the HackRF One can be found here: https://greatscottgadgets.com/hackrf/ The layout of the holes was transcribed from this SVG drawing. I imported it into Illustrator and used the image to create precise sketches for each cap. I then imported DXF into Fusion 360, where I extruded the design, added a few chamfers for buttons and screws, and made insets for the RF connectors and USB port.
