I was unable to find a model that prints correctly on my Prusa i3 and its tiny heated bed. Therefore, I created this visor. **Why this one and not another?** - No skirt needed on well-calibrated printers - No support required - No filling required - Allows for stacking - Minimal height (1.5cm) - Simple to print and replace fixing system (elastic like PVC visor) - Two visors can be printed at the same time on a small 175x185mm surface **To assemble this visor, you will need:** - A transparent A4 sheet (PVC with at least 150 micron), available on Amazon or in large retail stores, or perhaps on an old thesis report cover. - An A4 perforator that can be found in office supply stores or educational equipment retailers. If not, a large soldering iron to make holes in the PVC sheet will suffice. - About 25/30cm of sewing elastic, available at fabric stores or department store sewing sections (or on an old clean slip). - Scissors for rounding off the bottom of the A4 sheet and cutting the elastic. ***Note: To disinfect the visor, prefer PETG. Do not give the visor as is, disinfect it first (except if it's for you), think about cleaning it after each use: 10% bleach bath for 30 minutes, then rinse with clear water or medical alcohol.***
