Hacker Ethic Icon Medallion
thingiverse
I created this symbol when I was a teenager to represent the Hacker Ethic's core principle: "All information must be freely accessible." The design draws inspiration from the Caduceus of Hermes, messenger god and patron deity of thieves, whose emblem consists of the letters "F," "F," "O," and "I" - an acronym for "Free Flow Of Information." This was my first project in TinkerCAD, a digital toolset I used to bring my idea to life. I also employed 3D printing technology to produce a tangible representation of my design, marking the beginning of my exploration with this innovative technique.
