Remix of 'H3R0M4T3's Safety Razor' (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:763815) remodeled handle with Geomagic freeform. Post-Printing Instructions by H3R0M4T3 BUY INSTRUCTIONS : Buy one M4 bolt that is 16mm long and two M4 nuts to fit onto it. In my case, the material used was brass, but you can use any metal you prefer - except uranium, which is bad stuff. PRINT INSTRUCTIONS : When printing the model, set the speed to a slow rate of 32mm/sec and give it a density of at least 32% along with a wall thickness of no less than 0.8mm. These are my recommendations, but I'm sure you know your 3D-Printer better. BUILD INSTRUCTIONS (referencing pictures) : Step 1 : Insert the nut into the mount located at the handle. Step 2 : Screw the bolt from the bottom up through the nut on top and give it a final turn, taking care not to apply too much force. PLA is durable but not indestructible. Step 3 : Insert the second nut into the mount situated at the top-head-razor-blade-bracket. Step 4 : Combine the head parts together (If this is the first time assembling all the components, leave the head without the razor blade to prevent injuries). Step 5 : Screw the handle into the top nut of the head. This may require some force but should not be excessive. Step 6 : Turn the handle until the thinner part at the top cannot be seen anymore. This will likely take a bit of effort. Step 7 : Take the cap and push it over the razor head. The bolt might resist being pushed in, which is by design to achieve a snug fit between the cap and the head. Take your time and gently push the bolt in and out a few times to create a slot for it if necessary. Once this is done, congratulate yourself on building your very own safety razor.
