We successfully cracked the handle on our H2O Mop, forcing me to think outside the box. Initially, I had applied Duct Tape as a temporary fix that held up for about a year before giving out, prompting me to design and build a custom splint. This clever solution not only saved my trusty H2O Mop from the dumpster but also ensured its continued functionality. To replicate this process, start by printing the calibration pieces first, then scale them up or down by 1% or 2% in your slicer software for a snug fit. The pre-drilled holes on these components are designed to accommodate standard M4 screws.
