H2O Gassing System Bubbler V2.4
thingiverse
This is an attempt to create a comprehensive HHO system. I believe that if enough amps are run through this system, it should generate sufficient HHO to increase your car or truck's gas mileage. The model is printed upside down, and the beams between the tubes on the side are merely supports I built into the object because it's hollow and the slicer would place supports inside the bubbler tank and that's not wanted. I removed the outside tubes after rethinking the design and decided it was better to have just a hole to run a tap through and screw in the proper fittings. I printed this out to see how it would turn out, and it came out amazingly in PLA on my XYZ Da Vinci 1.0 extruder at 225C and bed temperature of 45C. I also found a glue for the bed at one of my local dollar stores called MODPODGE. It's a liquid glue that I apply with a foam brush, and it covers the bed great, creating a type of lamination on the bed that the PLA sticks to wonderfully. You should try it out; it only costs a dollar. To remove the glue, I use a razor blade paint scraper to get paint off glass, and it comes off pretty easily. The glue also comes out of the foam brush with hot water from the tap.
