Human: H Of Truce (By Christian Heckmann) is a compact, thought-provoking game for two players that demands tactical tile movement. The objective is to capture the enemy commander with one of your own soldiers. Both players control six soldier pieces that navigate an ever-changing playing field, seeking to outmaneuver their opponent and reach the immobile commander piece through an "action inflation" mechanism: Players alternate turns, always taking one action more than their opponent had previously taken, until the game ends or a player resets the action point track back to one action if they spot a winning opportunity for their opponent. This results in short, dynamic games with minimal luck but plenty of clever moves and unexpected surprises.
